FREE first Session with Practicum Therapist and $50/hour thereafter
Our practicum therapists provide therapy services for children, teens, and adults in an open, supportive, and safe environment.
Together with your counsellor, you will establish goals, learn new strategies, and gain new ways of thinking and new perspectives.
Our counsellors will find out what you are comfortable with and work with you on your mental health journey. At this time, our counsellors are available to see individuals, couples, and children ages 3+.
