Kira completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Alberta and is currently completing her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University. Prior to pursuing her Masters degree, Kira spent time working with at risk children, youth, and families.
Kira believes that we all struggle at some point throughout our lives, but likewise, all people have unique, innate strengths and a capacity for resilience and growth. Alongside Kira’s supportive and welcoming approach, her practice ties in biological, evidence based, and practical roots while working with clients to develop their innate capabilities and strengths.
