Winter Self-Care and Wellness Scavenger Hunt

Winter can be a tough time for many of us. We may feel tired and sluggish. The lack of sunshine and a long winter can also make our lethargy worse. But doing some winter self-care can help up enjoy winter to the fullest!

What is Self-Care?  

 Self-care is the act of taking care of our own body, and mind. Paying attention to our physical and emotional health can help us:  

  • handle changes better
  • build strong relationships
  • recover from setbacks, 
  • reduce the likelihood of developing Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)
