What is Self-Care?
Self-care is the act of taking care of our own body, and mind. Paying attention to our physical and emotional health can help us:
- handle changes better
- build strong relationships
- recover from setbacks,
- reduce the likelihood of developing Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)
