PROFESSIONAL CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Kells is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of our clients. Our team of Registered Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists, and Clinical Social Work Therapists are registered with their individual associations and are committed to following their Professional Code of Ethics.

Confidentiality Agreement

Confidentiality is crucial to maintaining trust and professionalism with a client and is an essential feature of any therapeutic relationship. We are committed to protecting client confidentiality and will only share information with others if directed to do so by the client.

Limits to Confidentiality

Confidentiality is waived in the case of subpoenaed records, suspicion of child abuse or neglect, or if the client discloses they may harm themselves or others.

All Family Solutions Group (FSG) agencies, including Kells Counselling, value and respect your privacy. The policies below are intended to clearly inform our users about our privacy practices and procedures regarding website use.
